HOW TO ORDER

Any product displayed on the Catalogue is an original product conceptualized and published by Tina Whalen of Links Canada International Corp. and her team.

Whenever you use your credit cards to order products or log-in online, your financial interests are totally secure. Our site has the greatest possible encryption (128 bit) resembling that of banks. We deal with Citybank, through Visa and Mastercard. We do not have access to your credit card numbers or any other confidential financial information. Citybank and associates handle all financial transactions on our behalf.

Should you NOT feel comfortable using your credit cards online - we have provided an ORDER FORM for you to complete and mail/fax to us. We will process your order OFF-LINE with total security, and we will immediately destroy your credit card number, in agreement with our contract, as merchants responsible to Citybank.

Links Canada International Corp. hopes that you will be satisfied with the product(s) you order. However, SHOULD THERE BE A PROBLEM with any of the product(s) you acquire, and if it warrants a refund or exchange, we ask that you begin to resolve the problem with Links Canada International Corp. first, directly, BEFORE contacting your credit service provider - Visa or Mastercard. Links Canada International Corp. will promptly arrange and execute a refund or exchange, when necessary, at the corporate level.
When you order more than 20 CDs or Audio Tapes, or you wish to order large quantities of any of our products, we ask that you e-mail us with your request so that we can provide special discount pricing for bulk orders.

Postal delivery is assured for all physical packages. Should the postal service not be able to deliver the parcel(s) to you or your designates, we have arranged that it be RETURNED TO US, so that we can be assured of whether you have received the parcel or not.

Your order(s) will be processed within 24 HOURS and shipped out immediately.
